Exchange and return
If you have received the wrong items or if the items you have received are faulty, please email info@Marthova.uk for more information.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in original and saleable condition.
Upon return, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used, opened or not in their original condition;

Download the return form, print it out and fill it in if you do not already have one.

Email your return form together with a photo of the products you wish to return to

Make sure your return is well-packaged and meets all the conditions below.
Clearly state ‘Return Goods’ on the outer packaging of your parcel.
Use an insured tracking service to ensure your parcel arrives safely to us.
Send another email with the tracking details to info@Marthova.uk.
Return policy and guidelines:
All returned items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
We are not responsible for the cost of returning items.
Please ensure that all returned items are properly packed so that they are not damaged in transit.
Ensure all returns are sent via a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.
Make sure the return form is authorised - without authorisation, your return cannot be processed.
Promotional items cannot be returned.
Easy returns in three simple steps:
Step 1: Request the return form via the contact form below. Please include your order number, e-mail address and reason for return.
Step 2: Send your order
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address on the return form.

As the sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receipt of the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount
returned to your bank account within five working days.
We process our returns in China, which means you have to return your package outside the UK. This can incur high costs, up to €25-30, which we do not refund.
